Terms of Service

Offline Digest is a free, personal beta operated by Brian Luscombe. By signing in or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Offline Digest emails you an AI-curated digest of new posts from the public Instagram accounts you choose to follow. You pick the accounts and write optional filter prompts; we fetch their recent public posts, use AI to keep the ones that match, and send the result to your inbox on the cadence you set.

This is an early, free beta run by one person as a side project. It's provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind and no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, delivery, or that any given digest will arrive. Things may break, posts may be missed, and the service may be slow or temporarily unavailable.

Please use Offline Digest reasonably and in good faith. In particular:

• Only add public Instagram accounts that you have a legitimate right to monitor. Don't add private accounts or accounts you have no right to track.
• Don't abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Don't use the service to harass anyone, infringe others' rights, or for any unlawful purpose.

You're responsible for the accounts and prompts you add and for complying with Instagram's own terms when choosing what to follow.

Because this is a beta, the service may change, gain or lose features, be paused, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Limits (such as how many accounts you can follow or how often digests run) may be adjusted to keep the service sustainable.

You can stop using Offline Digest at any time and request deletion of your account and data by emailing brianrluscombe@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if the service is discontinued.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Offline Digest and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, missed or inaccurate digests, or downtime. The service is free, and it's offered on the understanding that you use it at your own risk.

Offline Digest is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their products. All Instagram and Meta trademarks belong to their respective owners.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
